- Self Check-in/Check-out is available.
Property Access
- Access to the property: From the garage and parking lot to the front door of the condo, there are two flights of stairs. Once inside the condo, everything is on the main level, except Bedrooms 3 & 4 and Bathrooms 4 & 4.
- Available starting June 1, 2025: Level 2 EV charging station located in the garage, compatible with NACS (Tesla) and J1772 equipped vehicles.
- Ski Season 2025-2026: 2 complimentary indoor ski lockers and storage with boot dryers located near the Steamboat Gondola. Lockers are accessible throughout the year.
Parking Information
- Parking permits are required.
- Private, heated 1-car garage. Suitable for most vehicles except very large SUVs or trucks (e.g., Suburban, Tahoe).
- Space for a second vehicle in front of the garage.
- Shared covered parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Trailers, campers, or RVs are not allowed at this development. Contact for more information about additional parking options if needed.
- In winter weather conditions, 4WD or AWD vehicles and tires with good tread are recommended.

- Group size must be entered correctly at booking. Changes in group size may affect rates and deposit requirements.
- Exterior security cameras and noise monitoring devices are present and cover all entrances and exits.
Fees and Payments
- Standard cleaning fee applies to final cleaning after stay.
- For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee (equal to the final cleaning fee) may apply for each additional week.
- Long-term rentals (28 nights or more) require prior discussion and approval. A long-term agreement and security deposit will be required. Mid-stay inspections or cleanings may be required. Cancellation policies for long-term stays differ from short-term stays.
